Mesa County Sheriff's Office Victim Advocate Volunteers assist deputies in serving those affected by crime and other traumatic incidents

Sheriff's Office Victim Advocate Volunteers are there to assist victims of crime and other trauma. They respond on-scene to offer support and resources on what might be the worst day of someone's life. We offer a comprehensive 40-hour training and no previous experience is required. A valid driver's license and insurance is needed, as well as a reliable vehicle and the willingness and ability to travel anywhere inside Mesa County as necessary. We reimburse for mileage.
