Montrose Memorial Hospital offers a non-contact boxing program to combat Parkinson’s-related symptoms. Expected benefits may include improved coordination, balance, agility, power, balance and reaction time. Program is designed and monitored by highly trained exercise professionals and will be offered from 12:45-1:45 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Mountain View Therapy Wellness Center.
