Last year, the members of Bethel Assembly of God Church held a school supply and grocery giveaway, helping over 200 neighborhood school kids and their families.

The giveaway idea was started by Carol Huslig and Tammy Beagley, as a way to show the care of Jesus to our local community in a way that meets its needs. The response was overwhelming from church members and the community.

This year, the giveaway is scheduled from 9 a.m. - noon (or as supplies last) on August 13, at the Bethel Assembly of God Church, located at 2945 Orchard Ave. Hot dogs and drinks will be served.
